Stainless Steel Braided PFA Insulated Twisted Pair with Screen (250°C)
We supply 7/0.2mm dia stranded cable in 25, 50, 100 or 200 metre lengths in thermocouple types KX, TX, JX, NX or RCA/SCA. Each conductor is insulated in PFA, the cores are twisted, screened with aluminium Mylar tape in contact throughout with a tinned copper drainwire, sheathed in PFA then stainless steel braided overall. All conductors used are made from the relevant thermocouple material and meets IEC 60584-1 Class 2 : 2013 up to 250°C. The insulation material is colour coded to ANSI MC96.1 as shown below.

Type KX: yellow outer sheath, yellow positive wire and red negative wire

Type RX/SX: green outer sheath, black positive wire and red negative wire
