RTD Sensor with Standard Head and Process Connection

These rigid sensors have a stainless steel welded closed end sheath. The Pt100 sensing element is 10mm long and is placed at the tip of the sheath which means that the minimum immersion depth should be at least 50mm. The sensor is rated up to 250ºC. A standard weatherproof die cast alloy head is incorporated and is ideal where a heavy duty connection with cable is to be made near the sensor. A 1/2” BSP parallel process connection thread is fitted directly below the terminal head for easy mounting of the sensor in to the process.

  • Sheath: 316L Stainless Steel 6mm OD
  • Variety of lengths available. Length shown does not include the head or its gland
  • Operating range: -75ºC to +250ºC
  • Terminated in an IP67 standard weatherproof die cast alloy head rated to 135ºC
  • 1/2” BSP Parallel process connection thread (length taken from under hex of process thread)
